Ps. Dr. Kwame Annor-Boahen is an ordained minister of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. From a church pastor, he has risen through the ministerial ranks and currently, he is the President of the Northern Ghana Union Conference of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He has served in the ministry for about twenty-nine (29) years. He has served and chaired several committees and boards within the church and its institutions. He holds a B.A Theology, M.A Religion and DMin in Leadership from Andrews University, USA.
Ps. Dr. Thomas T. Ocran has been an Adventist minister for many years in Ghana and a first generation Adventist. From a church pastor, he has risen through the ministerial ranks as district pastor, conference departmental director, secretary and president. At the union level, he served as departmental director, executive secretary and currently the president of the Southern Union of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He has served and chaired several committees and boards within the church and its institutions. He holds a B.A Theology, M.A Religion and DMin in Leadership from Andrews University, USA.
Pr. Dr. Chris Annan-Nunoo has over ten years teaching experience as a professional teacher and over twenty-six (26) year as a Gospel Minister. Pastor Annan-Nunoo has been a local Church Pastor, District Pastor, Conference Departmental Director, Executive Secretary, and President. Currently, he is the Executive Secretary of the Southern Union Conference of Ghana. Chris serves on numerous boards and councils including Bible Society of Ghana. He holds a M.A Religion and DMin in Leadership from Andrews University, USA. He is also an adjunct Lecturer.
Pr. Dr. Bright Osei-Yeboah has over seventeen years of teaching experience as a professional teacher and ten (10) years as a Gospel Minister. Pastor Bright Osei-Yeboah has been a Literature Evangelist, Assistant Headmaster, local church Pastor, Conference Departmental Director, Lecturer, Conference Auditor and Treasurer and currently Treasurer for the Southern Ghana Union Conference. Bright serves on numerous boards and councils. He holds PhD in Accounting and Finance from Adventist University of Philippines (AUP), MBA in Accounting and post diploma degrees in Education and Pastoral Ministry. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
Ps. Dr. Dickson Sarfo Marfo is the Treasurer of the Northern Ghana Union Conference of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He holds PhD in Accounting and Finance from Adventist University of Philippines (AUP), MBA in Accounting from KNUST, Post Graduate Diploma in Pastoral Studies and BBA in Accounting from Valley View University. He has worked as an Accountant in Rural Bank, Hospital and Conferences. He serves on different Boards and Committees in the Church.
Ps. Dr. Kingsley Osei is the General Manager for Advent Press, Accra. Before becoming the General Manager in 2007, he worked as the treasurer of the Advent Press, Auditor at the South Ghana Conference of SDA, Asset manager at Planned Parenthood Association Ghana (PPAG), Head Office, Accra, Area Finance Manager PPAG (Ashanti, Brong-Ahafo and the then three Northern Regions), etc.
He holds PhD in Accounting and Finance from Adventist University of Philippines (AUP), MBA in Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Pastoral Studies and BA in Accounting from Central University. He serves on different Committees in the Church.
Her Ladyship Justice Dorinda Smith Arthur is a High Court Judge of the Ghana Judicial Service. She adjudicates both civil and criminal cases.

Ps. Edward Nyarko is an ordained Minister of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church who has served the church since June 1, 2001. He has held different positions including Executive Secretary of the Northern Ghana Union Conference, Conference President, Executive secretary, Stewardship and Communication Director for the Mid-West Ghana Conference. He has served on different boards and committees including Bible Society of Ghana. Currently he is the President of the North-Central Ghana Union Mission. He holds MA Pastoral Theology from AUA and BA Theology from ASWA.
Elder Samuel P. Larbi is a former Head, Internal Audit Department-Prudential Bank Ltd (Accra), having worked as Financial Controller at Prestige Motor Company ltd, Accra, Chief Accountant at Pasico Ghana Ltd, among others. He is a chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), Licentiate Member of International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) – London; and Chartered Management Consultant - Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants (CIAMC)-Ghana;

Mrs. Alice Hammond is an Accountant by profession with over twenty (20) years of experience in Finance and Accounting across several industries. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). She holds MBA in Finance from
Edinburgh Business School Heriot-Watt University, and Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from University of Ghana.
Currently, she is the Head of Accounts at SOCIETE GENERALE GHANA (Head Office- Accra) having risen through the ranks.
Prof. Samuel Kwaku Agyei is a Professor of Finance at the Department of Finance of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. and MPhil in Finance as well as Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He is a member, in good standing, of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Prof. Agyei is currently the Vice-Dean of the School of Business, UCC. He teaches Accounting and Finance courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Prof. Agyei has several publications including books, modules, and articles in reputable refereed journals, and is a guest reviewer for some renowned journals. Prof. Agyei has served as a Consultant for GIZ, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and the World Bank. He has offered several training sessions to owners of small and medium enterprises in Ghana. He is currently a member of the Amansie Rural Bank Plc Board where he chairs both the Finance, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Scholarship Committee of the Bank. Prof. Agyei is an Elder of the Cape Coast Central S.D.A Church. He chairs the Audit Implementation Committee of the Central Ghana Conference and serves as the chairperson of the Finance Committee of the Mid-Ghana Union Conference of the S.D.A Church in Ghana. At Adventist Heritage Cooperative Fund, Prof. Agyei is a member of the Finance and Audit Committees. He is married to Dr. (Mrs.) Ellen Animah Agyei and the couple is blessed with a set of twin-girls and a boy.
Mrs. Elizabeth Kusi-Nsiah is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund. She has over (25) years’ experience in, Accounting, Finance and Investment Banking. She had her educational training in Ghana, USA, and Israel.
She started her career as an Accountant at The Advent Press in 1997-2003, then to La Sierra University, Riverside CA (USA) to pursue her MBA. After the completion of her master’s program in 2005, she worked with American Lighting Industry Inc. Riverside, California (USA) from (2005-2006) as an Internal Auditor. She then joined First America Financial Services, Ontario, California (USA) in January 2007 as a Financial Analyst, and was later promoted to the position of senior Financial Analyst in December 2008 a position she held till her return to Ghana in January 2011. She took over Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund as the Fund Administrator in June 2011
Elizabeth holds an MBA in Finance from La Sierra University, CA USA, a BA in Religion /Accounting from Grigg University Maryland USA, and Certificate in Banking Innovations and Financial Strategies in Galilee.

Mr. Samuel Oti-Boadi has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He started his career as an accounts officer at La Sierra University, Riverside in California, USA. After completing his master’s degree, he worked with Family Services Association (FSA) in Moreno Valley California, USA in 2005 as an Accounting Specialist. He joined Boateng, Offei & Co as an Audit Senior in 2010. In the year 2011 he worked as an Internal Auditor at the Energy Bank. Mr. Oti-Boadi joined Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund as the Treasurer. Currently he is the CFO of the Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd.
He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from La Sierra University, California USA, BBA in Accounting from Valley View University, Accra Ghana and an Associate member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) USA.
