3. Must be either in active service or a recognized retiree
4. Must have a registered Mobile Money Account number
5. Must be 18 years and above

7. Photocopy or Softcopy of the Ghana Card (front and back)

9. Accounts Opening form duly filled and submitted to the Conference

1. Must be a recognized establishment under and within the Seventh-Day Adventist fraternity
2. One recent passport sized picture of each of the three officers (e.g., Church – District/Church Pastor, First Elder and Treasurer/Secretary)
3. Photocopy or Softcopy of the Ghana Cards of the three officers (front and back)
4. GPS of the Entity
5. The Institution/Church should have a registered Mobile Money Account Number in its name if monies are to be channelled through Momo
6. Accounts Opening form duly filled and submitted to AHCoF Office.
• A key purpose of the Fund is to help cultivate the spirit of SAVINGS, therefore withdrawals are least encouraged, you benefit more if you secure a loan.
• Withdrawal of up to 75% of contribution may be made – church workers; Churches/institutions; Unions/Conferences and districts
• A minimum of two (2) weeks notice must be given for any withdrawal may be made - church workers; Churches/institutions; Unions/Conferences and districts
• Retirees are free to withdraw their monies at any time because they do not qualify for the normal loan
• Withdrawal may be made from contribution at maturity (6 months or more) leaving a minimum balance of GHC50.00 – church member(s).
• A contributor(s) cannnot withdraw from their savings:
If the member(s) has a running loan (church workers)
If the member(s) savings have been used to guarantee a loan (church members)
• As much as practicable Account closure is not encouraged, but if the circumstance necessitates, a THREE MONTHS’ notice (3 months) must be given.
In accordance with the Byelaws and Policies of AHCoF, applicants for membership are expected to subscribe to the minimum share capital of GHC 300.00. This qualifies them both as Members and Shareholders of the Fund at the same time. An applicant is entitled to full membership with the Fund if shares are purchased;- the right to participate in decision making and vote at AGM (Annual General Meeting).
